With the rise of athleisure, it's no wonder that Tyler Haney, founder and CEO of Outdoor Voices, has started a brand that embodies being feminine and athletic. Harder, stronger, better, faster are words that never resonated with her; instead, she focuses on recreational activity from walking and running to hiking and skiing.
"I wanted to create a fabric that functions across multiple activities, but looks more like the brands I wear every single day — something less sporty looking," she says. "I started with the material and grew the products and took them to market."
