Brunch Guide to Europe
Any reasonable person would agree that brunch is the best meal of the day. While the United States does it well, I think I could say that Europe does it better. Whether it's a spin-off of American-inspired classics or entirely unique dishes, brunch in Europe is always a reliable option when you're feeling hangry, need recovery, or just want a taste of home.
Barcelona
Travel & Cake
The original restaurant, called Brunch & Cake, is so popular that lines go outside the restaurant, and customers are referred to its sister restaurant Travel & Cake. The homemade juices are phenomenal, coming in various flavors throughout the week. Easily ranking as the best brunch I've had in all of Europe, Travel & Cake has a wide selection of brunch bagels and salads that's worth multiple visits.

Ob-La-Di
Run by two Australian chefs, Ob-La-Di is a small, yet extremely popular location in the Marais. I would recommend the avocado toast, which is topped with pomegranate seeds and an herb sauce. Another good option is the poached egg toast, which is layered with a beet spread. The freshly made breads and juices are also worth trying.

Home Kitchen
Located right in the heart of Old Town, Home Kitchen is the perfect escape from the medieval-esque feel of Prague and the best option for recovery brunch. The sheer lack of butter is evident in Europe; however, Home Kitchen reunites you with this holy grail of American food. The menu, while relatively simple, will have you debating whether you want the scrambled eggs or poached eggs with avocado and bacon. If you ask me, pick the latter.
