Introducing a New Series: Style Diaries, Housing Edition

One thing that makes the University of Chicago unique above our peer institutions is its house system. Each house has a vibrant community with people from all over the world that become a second family to many on campus. Here at MODA, we want to celebrate this undeniably integral part of our campus life with a new series called Style Diaries, Housing Edition. Style Diaries, Housing Edition will feature one person from each house on campus. We will be interviewing, learning more about their own personal style, their fashion inspirations, and what their house means to them. Also, we will be photographing their outfits throughout the week. Through the interview and the week of outfits, we hope to share a fashionista's own story from each house on campus and to help them become style inspirations for some of our readers out there.

If you have anyone in your own house that you would like to nominate, please email julietlee@uchicago.edu with the name of the person you have in mind and the house you are in. Also, if you'd like yourself to be featured as well, shoot an email as well as we'd love to feature our University's own students on MODA blog.
