The Ultimate List of Holiday 2015 Palettes

The Ultimate List of Holiday 2015 Palettes

With the Holidays right around the corner (and the weather changing to prove it!), beauty brands are gearing up for the biggest battle of the year: battle of the Holiday Palettes. To make sure you're armed with the best weapons over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's, here are the most hotly-anticipated Holiday palettes for 2015..

Urban Decay X Gwen Stefani

This palette from Urban Decay, the bunch behind the Naked palette series, combines beautiful rosy neutrals and wearable brights: pink, blue and a unique pewter. UD always brings it with their great eyeshadow formulas, so you can be sure this palette will be a festive favourite.

LORAC Mega Pro 2

After the massive success of the original Mega Pro palette, the Mega Pro 2 has a lot of hype around it. The 32-colour giant contains many of Lorac’s famed light neutrals (buttery and smooth) as well as orange tones, a shimmery blue and a beautiful deep green. The last Mega Pro sold out ridiculously quickly, but Lorac has made more of the Pro 2 and you can now get it at Ulta! Go go go!

BECCA Champagne Glow Palette

Following from Becca’s rip-roaring success of a collaboration with YouTuber Jaclyn Hill earlier this year (with the Champagne Pop Shimmering Skin Perfecter) this palette has a lot to live up to. It combines the original Champagne Pop with 2 new Pressed Shimmering Skin Perfecters: pearl and blushed copper. These colours will suit a range of skin tones (especially Blushed Copper - it's great to have a beautiful highlighter for darker skin!), but it's limited edition so head to Sephora ASAP!

MAC Irresistibly Charming Collection

Containing deep natural shades, this palette from MAC is probably the most functional on this list: it’s endlessly wearable! Pictured are only two of the items from the collection: the Cool Face Kit and the Warm Eyeshadow Palette. Both also come with brushes for on-the-go touch-ups. The collection is available now in MAC stores, online and at counters.

So don't let the cold get you down - think of Winter break and all the great palettes you'll get on December 25th!
